Travel can be fun, challenging and memorable. A journey always amazes people, with its unique experiences every single time a person steps out on course, and owning a right vehicle to move around is more challenging than investing in it.
We have seen experiments on vehicles to exhilarate people for travelling and transforming it compactly, we have seen the "LexusHover" few weeks ago, and we see now, the "WALKCAR".
WALKCAR as the name suggests is a portable transporation vehicle which is of a size of a laptop and weighing around 2-4 kg.
To our surprise, this portable vehicle can travel at a speed of 10 km/hr with bearing upto 120kg load on top of it.
It runs on a lithium powered battery, and can travel upto 12 kms once fully charged for a duration of 3 hours.
WALKCAR is developed by an engineer from Japan, who hails from the company of COCOA Inc.
This looks absolute perfection of a skateboard, thanks to his idea, this vehicle is powerful enough to push a load upto 120kg up a steep, and can push a person on wheelchair with ease. It is compact enough to fit in a bag and can easily be carried around.
To ease up this vehicle further, the vehicle starts automatically once a person steps on it, and stops once he gets off the vehicle, and to steer in the desired direction, one needs to shift his weight.
This vehicle will be out for reservation through a crowd-funding website Kickstarter, and it is said to cost around US $800.
