Elon Musk's SpaceX achieved an amazing feat after successfully landing the Falcon 9 rocket on an autonomous drone pad.
Space Exploration or SpaceX was founded by Elon Musk in 2002. The company's determination and dedication in trying to achieve the vertical landing has been paid off in December 2015. Now, they have achieved the feat by landing it on an autonomous drone ship away from the shore of Florida.
The autonomous drone pad was named "Of course I Still Love You" by SpaceX.
The last vertical landing was done on a stable land. All the earlier 4 attempts in landing the rocket on a drone ship ended in explosions. So, this feat is fruitful for the company.

The first stage of the rocket that landed back can be further analyzed and refurbished to relaunch it for future missions. This helps save costs in building new rockets. But the rocket needs to be analyzed and be given clearance about whether it will be good and prepared for the next launch.
Earlier this month, Elon Musk's Tesla launched its model 3 Sedan. The company has received pre-orders more than what the company expected. With both these successes in the hand, it's time for Elon Musk to spin his hand further at revolutionary expeditions in the space exploration and as well as renewable energy sources.
Elon Musk tweeted about the achievement saying
Definitely harder to land on a ship. Similar to an aircraft carrier vs land: much smaller target area, that's also translating & rotating.Today's mission was to bring 7,000 pounds of supplies to the ISS(International Space Station).
