Robert Lewandowski was their star man scoring two goals which helped Bayern continue their perfect start to the season. K.Coman was the other player who found the back of the net taking the lead to 3 goals to nil. Lewandowski took his goal tally to 100 in 168 Bundesliga appearances creating a record.
(Wolfsburg) 1-1 (Hannover 96)
The match ended with both sharing a point each. Wolfsburg were first to break the deadlock with a goal from Dost in the 40th minute, but an equalizer from Kiyotake in the second half lead them to a draw.
La Liga
(Barcelona) 2-1 (Las Palmas)
Though Barcelona won the match, they never looked happy throughout as their star man Lionel Messi came off the pitch after a serious injury, due to which he will be out of action for 6-8 weeks. Luis Suarez helped clinch three points with his dual. Neymar missed his penalty which caused a stir about their performance from the spot kicks, as they now failed to convert 3 penalties this season. Jonathan Vierra scored the goal for Palmas from two minutes into the stoppage time, which was not sufficient to share a point with the Catalans.
(Real Madrid) 0-0 (Malaga)
The league leaders were pulled down to the third position after Kameni's heroic works at the goal post, often frustrating the star man Cristiano Ronaldo, who also missed a number of chances due to poor finishing and efforts from the stopper Kameni. The game went scoreless for both the sides sharing a point each.
(Villarreal) 1-0 (Atletico Madrid)
Villarreal climbed to the top of the table after winning against Atletico Madrid with a goal from Leo Baptistao. He netted the only goal in the match letting them carry their fine start to the season on a good note.
Ligue 1
(Nantes) 1-4 (PSG)
A rejuvenated PSG after inclusion of Di Maria from Manchester United stepped up to clinch another victory against Nantes after they were down to a one-goal deficit. Bammou opened the scoresheet for Nantes in the 11th minute, before a second-half equalizer from Ibrahimovic. This started a blaze for PSG who then went on to score three more and tally up to four goals at the end of the match. Cavani, Di Maria, and Aurier were the other three to score.
Premier League
(Leicester City) 2-5 (Arsenal)
Alexis Sanchez brought an end to his drought after a fine hat-trick against Leicester. His performance fuelled Wenger's side to a much-needed victory and help improve their statistics. Arsenal is now placed at the fourth position with three points short of the league leaders Manchester United. Giroud and Walcott were the other two to score. Leicester City saw their end to a defeat less start though kicking in with two goals from Vardy. In fact, Leicester players were the first to score before they plummeted to a 3 goal difference.
(Liverpool) 3-2 (Aston villa)

Liverpool treated home fans to an important victory against Aston villa with Daniel Sturridge scoring two goals in his second appearance of this season. James Milner opened the scoring in the second minute of the game which ensured they were safe and Sturridge powered the scoreline with his goals to clinch a win after the visitors came back strongly with two goals from Gestede.
(Manchester United) 3-0 (Sunderland)
Manchester United have taken the throne after a win against Sunderland, finishing at the top of the table. The league leaders were never really threatened by Sunderland as they took all three points. Goals from Depay, Rooney and Mata sealed the victory at the OldTrafford. With young talents Depay and Martial in the attack, they reinvented their pride in the Premier League.
(NewCastle United) 2-2 (Chelsea)
Defending Champions Chelsea had to take home just one point after they came back strongly in the dying minutes with goals from Ramires and Willian. NewCastle proved to be another nightmare for the visitors after they took a two-goal lead through goals from Perez and Wijnaldum which were then equalized at the later stage.
(Tottenham Hotspurs) 4-1 (Manchester City)
Spurs were delighted with a victory against the former league leaders, as they ripped apart Pellegrini's side by scoring four goals. Manchester City brought their scoreboard ticking through a De Bruyne goal. After which it was Spurs, who were in charge of the game with Dier equalizing it in the 45th minute. There was no setback in the second half as Spurs went on to add three more goals from Alderweireld, Kane, and Lamela. Harry Kane scored his first goal of this season.
Serie A
(Napoli) 2-1 (Juventus)
Insigne and Higuain handed Napoli a win against defending champions Juventus. Juventus has had a disastrous start to the season with 5 points in 6 games and is now placed at 13th position. Lemina scored the only goal for Juventus.
We saw a lot of heartbreaking instances, table toppling positions, success stories, emphatic wins, thrilling finishes. And this is football and its offerings for the human era.
